Appendable

• Fix 'NEW', 'LOAD' so that load calls APPEND
• Consider an abstract Get method for ClassIndex descendants that grabs the model and does something with it (ie: APPEND, or update a LIST etc) See FORMPOSTLIST.js for an example of this
